EBMT activity survey 2005
(イマチニブの投与中止の検討)

　EBM98の続報（EBMT:欧州造血細胞移植グル－プ）。　２００５年は初回移植例が２２１６８例。　移植種類は同種移植が３７％、自家移植６３％（図１上段）。　適応疾患は図１,下段のようにリンパ腫、白血病、固形がんそして非血液疾患の順は２００４年と同様。

２００５年の傾向は
　１．同種移植が前年よりも２０％増加した。
　２．同種移植の41%が非血縁者からの移植。
　３．白血病への移植が増え、それは国際バンクを利用できるような高所得の国(Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherland, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom) で顕著であった。

　コメント：国内統計では総移植例の６３％が同種移植、自家移植は３７％と逆転している。
